Dikeledi Mosime was born and raised in Diepkloof, Soweto. She holds a BA in Economics and Political Science, diplomas in Marketing and Advertising, and an MBA from the University of Stellenbosch Business School. She honed her business skills working in General Management in South Africa’s clothing retail sector the Foschini and Edgars Group and as the International Sales/Exports Manager for one of South Africa’s biggest food company, Pioneer Foods. She is now a full time entrepreneur and owner of the promotional packaging business TIN-PAC.

TIN-PAC is a promotional tin-ware supplier, offering various promotional packaging solutions. Her vision for the business is to become a market leader for all promotional packaging in metal in the Southern African market and later growing into the rest of Africa. TIN-PAC Promotional Packaging is a proudly South African company and leading manufacturer and supplier of promotional fancy tinware. In 2012, Nampak, a leading South African packaging company, had taken the decision to close down the promotional packaging lines and retrench the staff working on these lines because it did no longer formed part of its core business.

In 2012, after being retrenched from her previous job, Dikeledi saw an opportunity to create employment in South Africa, one of her personal goals in life, and TIN-PAC was established. It currently has 100+ permanent and seasonal employees. As a B-BBEE Level One Contributor, the company boasts a solid team that brings a wealth of technical experience. TIN-PAC provides a turn-key solution that not only furnishes packaging but provides brands with immense impact and visual shelf appeal.
